GSE Data Reporting Service

With our VTIS v-HUB GSE fleet management system, you can track virtually all aspects of your equipment - for example, who is using it, where it is, whether it is operational or idling, what its current fuel level is, and if it's been involved in a collision. But managing this data and using it effectively can be a challenge.

Whilst we offer two online web-based reporting systems that enable you to produce your own reports (v-DASH and v-VIEW), we understand that sometimes all you want is data delivered directly to you when you need it - so we introduced our v-MAIL service. 		Customer daily utilisation report


Customer daily engine usage report

 With v-MAIL, you can opt for any of the data you receive from your fleet via v-HUB to be sent to you on a regular basis. Data can be formatted in a number of different ways - typically as raw data (for example, a CSV file) or as pre-formatted Excel spreadsheets or Adobe pdf files, containing key information such as engine usage and fleet utilisation.

You can opt to receive this information daily, weekly, or monthly, depending upon what's best for your business. Reports can also be customised to meet your specific requirements.

All vehicle data is hosted on our servers and is protected, secure and available 24/7.
