At Pinnacle, we design and deliver solutions which enable airport Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Operators to more effectively manage their equipment assets, improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

At the heart of our service is the Vehicle Telematics Information System (VTIS). VTIS generates a range of key GSE performance, status and location information, as well as providing other functions such as access control. You can either opt for a stand-alone system (v-BOX) which will record key data for you to download manually when the vehicle is brought in for scheduled maintenance, or an on-line system (v-HUB) which transmits data from the GSE to our central servers, via wireless networks. Customers can view this data via a reporting tool (v-DASH), or feed the data into their own enterprise systems. If you want to track non-motorised equipment, we can offer our v-TAG solution.

Our expertise has been built up over many years of operating in the ground handling industry, and our services have been developed in conjunction with well known GSE Operators. We work solely in the aviation sector - so our resources and expertise are totally focused on meeting the needs of customers in this area.
